It recently occurred to me just how great the model behind multi-level marketing companies is.
In no other business model have I seen such a strong emphasis put on the success of other people in the company. I've worked within a handful of companies in the early years of my professional career.
In all other companies there was this feeling that the people you were working with could be seen as competitors for promotions or other advances that may be available to you. This concept added to the "office politics" that make working for these companies little to no fun. Unless of course you're into that rat race, corporate kiss ass way of getting ahead.
What makes multi-level marketing such a greater way to go is the concept that the successes of others in my business directly benefit the success that I realize, and vice versa.

Of course management in companies try to enforce the "team-work" mentality. But very rarely does it truly infiltrate the minds of the employees. Most people still have the "me first" mentality. Long live multi-level marketing and the wealth that we all can attain together!!
