Does anybody know what happens if a referral doesn't get any referrals at all and just sort of falls by the wayside?????
do i have to replace that spot with someone else? does she automatically become deactivated????
You only have to replace that person if they do not renew after the first year, and IF that person is the only referral on either side.
You must always have at least one referral on your left, and one on your right.
